Hi,It's not that big of a job.First UNPLUG the power cord! with the washer about 18 - 24 inches from the wall tip it back and have a helper hold it.The bottom panel should pull away from the main cabinet by firmly prying with a wide (2 in.) pry bar If this doesn't work look for screws which may be holding it in place.Once removed you should be able to see the motor belt and larger driven pulley.Also look at the condition of the pulley on the motor,some were made of plastic and simply fall apart.There should be some adjustment bolts near the motor mount,loosen them to install the new belt and retighten.
