I want to thank the Fixya community for the help. I had a TV convergence problem: The Magic Focus of my Hitachi 51GWX20B tv was not capable of adjusting the blue color. One of your people had suggested to contact "TV Repair Kits" for this kind of failure. They sent me the relevant kit. With their instructions I could remove the convergence board from the tv-set, desolder the 2 convergence chips, put the new chips in place, and re-install the board. It took me around 7 hours to study the procedures and do the work. The result was fantastic. My advice to beginners: It is feasible if you take your time and work calmly and patiently. If you dont understand, contact the instructors. They are there 7/7. I sent an e-mail on Saturday and I got the answer on the same day.
