There is no way to guess the problem, you need to test the circuit with a multimeter. Possible that the heating element has failed

Why have you not answered my question?

Because no one here is obliged to answer your question . Respondents choose which questions to answer and because you are a female you don't get special treatment but you seem to think you should.

So go to a feminist site where you will find the totally clueless and incompetent and ask them.

Jan 13, 2016 | KUERIG Keurig Platinum B70 Brewing System

THis just happened to me as well. I was just about to tear the machine apart but...

Symptom: keurig B100 coffee maker not brewing. If your brewer sounds like it should be brewing but little or no coffee comes out, the problem may be a simple malfunctioning check valve, located on the right hand side of the unit under the plastic cover. If the check valve is clogged or fails, water from the tank leaks into the air pump (located just below the valve) disabling the pump. This happened to my brewer two days ago. I have had this unit for about four years and never had a problem. When I called tech support at Keurig they said "it sounds like the pump is shot", but there was nothing they could do and they would not repair it. Instead of the throwing out my $300 coffee maker I figured I would try to fix it myself. After 3 hours of tinkering, I found and fixed the problem, so I am passing on the tip. Since 2.5 of those hours were spent diagnosing the problem, the fix itself is pretty simple. The pump that pushes the water out of the tank located on the right hand side of the unit (I included a photo) has a check valve just above it. On my unit the check valve failed allowing water to enter the top chamber of the pump disabling it. The pump was not damaged it just cannot operate correctly with water in it. Here is the Fix: Disconnect the check valve and make sure it is operating correctly. Mine was clogged with a small amount of mineral deposits, which was cured by a half hour in a glass of vinegar, and a good rinse. Then disconnect the tubing from the top of the pump and run the unit to allowing the water to escape the pump. Make sure there is no water left in any of the tubing between the pump and the check valve, even the smallest amount will disable the pump again. Reconnect everything and it should work. Hope this was helpful. Erik

How to Successfully Use FixYa and get prompt results

Although FixYa is pretty straight-forward and easy to use, here's a few helpful hints to make sure you're getting all the FixYa value for your effort.
1. Be sure to categorize your question in the right area.
When we FixYa experts log in to start helping to answer questions, we'll get a list of current questions that are listed in the Categories that we've selected from a long list. We only get questions on our homepage that deal with the categories we've selected. So if you've put a question about a coffee maker online and you've unknowingly placed that question in the cars category, chances are that the coffee maker expert won't see your question. The best way to properly categorize your question is to use the
"Browse by Brand" window. This will allow you to narrow it down to the exact or closest to location to make sure your question will get answered by and expert that really knows how to help you.
2. Give as much information about your product and symptoms as you can.
For example, if you're posting a car question: Give us make, model, engine size, type of trans, mileage,etc.. All this can come into play for us to give a more effective answer. For appliances: Give us make, model, fuel type, and describe the symptoms as best you can... "Won't run" is pretty vague... give us a few details..
3. Before you send your question, re-read it to make sure it makes sense, won't be misunderstood. A good rule of thumb is to read it out loud and listen to yourself. It only takes a minute and can help us help you better, faster, and more accurately. And there's no need to use foul language. You can let us know you're frustrated, but you're more likely to get an Expert to choose your question if you keep it clean.
4. Check your email fairly frequently for FixYa comments.
5. Post your solutions as comments to your question. Once your problem is solved, stop back by and post the solution as a comment on your question. This helps us to know that you've got the solution, but it also helps those who are searching for similar solutions through the FixYa website! Let your solutions help others as well!
6.Remember that all us experts, and gurus are human, we're trying to help and we're definitely not perfect and can use encouragement from those we've helped. We always appreciate getting reports back from those we've helped, to hear of FixYa victories. So if you can take the time to stop back by and drop us a followup... it's always appreciated.

Coffee coming one side only of spout

There are two ways to overcome this uneven drip of coffee into the cup.
1- Make sure the machine is placed on a level counter top. The coffee drips as a gravity flow. Machine placed on a tilted surface will allow coffee flow more on the tilted side.
2- It appears the coffee faucet outlet has not been cleaned/flushed with any coffee cleaners or descaling solution. Clean the coffee outlet as following:
* Prepare two or four cups of Baking soda solution.Fill the Baking soda in water tank and make few espresso, using the preground cycle.
** Then use two to 4 cups of descaling solution and repeat the process making several espresso.

Espresso irregularly spurts out the center post

It IS the gasket!!!!! Store the pot with the two parts screwed TIGHTLY together for about a week. Tighten it up as the new gasket compresses. Problem solved in two weeks or less. Funnel had NOTHING to do with my problem. Also cook on medium to low heat. High flame seems to make the problem worse.
