Question about Sony NW-E505 MP3 Player
Then it has being writing no data.even when i send songs into it it would play with the pc but wont play alone.thanks
All support for Sony NW-E505 on the internet:
Go to the trouble shooting page, see:
Check under Troubleshooting the second point saying "After I transferred songs with the music manager....." , open the information by clicking once.
Check for the format of the File System as described in the overview.
When formatted in Windows Explorer the device has File System FAT32: this is the wrong file system for holding data.
Use the software that is delivered with your mp3 player to format it to the correct File System FAT or RAW.
After that your player will hold data after transferring songs.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
