What are you trying to do precisely?
You generally don't need an installation disk or drivers for a broadband modem. You can configure it via any web browser. Most will bring up a configuration screen if you go to http://192.168.1.1 (though the address will vary in some instances.) The installation disk just provides a nice "face" for configuration.
The user guide for your modem, in PDF form, can be found here. That should help with configuration.
