Disconnect/Unplug your power going to the dryer, then disconnect the two wires from the heating coil and use a continuity meter across the terminals to make sure it is not burned out.You should have continuity across the terminals. Sometimes just looking at the heating coil is not enough.
If it is ok, the the problem might be faulty a thermostats.
Depending on the make of your dryer you may or may not have a reset button. If you do it will be in plain sight when you remove the back of the dryer.
I hope this helps

My machine has stopped producing hot water. The lights don't even flash to show it's heating up when I switch it on, it just goes straight to ready mode & then when I brew some coffee it comes out...

Either your coffee boiler elements are damaged or the thermostats on there are damaged or tripped, use an ohms meter to check element and thermostats.

No heat only cold air

Heater element burnt out. Need to replace the heater element. If heater element is not on, the blower only blow cold air.

Dryer blows air, but no heat - the dryer powers on, the drums turns and the fan blows air, but the air isn't hot.

Hi,
There is one of two possibilities:
1.-The heating elements dont come on due to a wire burnt off or the element itself has burnt out.
2.- There is a small electronic device in the element circuit called a thermal overload switch, which has and often does malfunction, stopping the power to the elements.
Best wishes,

Dryer will not produce hot air. What could be the problem? I opened the back panel and there is a square shaped box that was hot. Is that the heat element?

The heating element should be nearly the diameter of the drum and is generally round. If the box of which you speak is about 4 to 6 inches square, it is probably an electrical connection box and shouldn't be getting hot. If this box has a removable cover, unplug the power cord and remove the cover--look for loose connections. If all ok, replace cover. Does the drum turn? Start the dryer and check for air blowing from the outside vent. If not, check for plugged lint filter (wash with hot water and detergent) and lint plugging the flex-hose between the dryer outlet and the outside vent. After running for a little while, feel the back of the drum to see if is generally hot--if so, then the heating element appears to be working. Hope this helps.

Conia CCD4501 cloths dryer not blowing hot air anymore

If you can turn it on and have the door open, hold the door switch in and see if you have a glow from the heating element. If not, your element is broken. That is if it is an electric dryer. If it is a gas dryer you need to check the pilot light or the thermo sensor.

Hotpoint Aquarius Condensor Dryer not getting Hot

I don't know Hotpoint models but I do know Malber models very well which also have a condensing dryer. The dryer has a fan and a heating coil or heating element, similar to a hair dryer. If you are getting no air flow, then it could be the fan. If you are getting air flow but it is not hot, then it is probably the heating element which burnt out. In the Malber machine, the top cover comes off and you can see an aluminum duct on top with two terminals sticking out the side. These two terminals go to the heating element inside the duct, and the heater element is like the heating element in an oven. You have to remove the duct and then it splits into a top and bottom half, and then you can remove the heating element to replace it. The way to tell if it is bad is to run the machine in a dry cycle and see if there is 110 volts across the heating element terminals. If there is power, but no heat, then the heating element is bad. That element is usually the first thing to fail.

There is a thermostat inside the machine just inside and top, put your head in and look up. Took my whole machine apart before finding the wire which led to it!! It should be Normally Closed (NC) and cuts the power to the heating element when too hot or broken! Hope this helps.
