Remove handle from hose electrolux

You don't have to "remove" the handle from the hose to attach other attachments, just depress the tab at the end of the hose and pull the upper wand loose then use the "adapter" to use the dusting brush or simply snap the crevice tool in place to use. If the handle won't come loose from the upper wand, then the described "tab" needs replaced as it's locking up the parts. Hope that helps!

Hi Juliet,

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your brush bar. We recommend taking an opportunity to remove your brush bar and ensure it is free from any debris that might obstruct it. It is also helpful to inspect your cleaner head for any damage. Next, we recommend removing your wand from the main body and attaching your cleaner head directly to the main body of your machine to determine if your brush bar spins.

If your brush bar spins when the cleaner head is attached to the main body your wand may need to be replaced. If it does not the issue may be with the cleaner head. We recommend calling our Helpline with your findings so we can provide assistance with next steps.

When taking the handle/wand back to use it seems to lose the suction power regardless of what setting I use. Upon several times of standing it back up it seems to engage the suction power correctly is...

When you say taking handle back I assume you mean the action to start rotation of brushes. Had simular problem and found by removing brush from tube and then cleaning "baked on rubbish" in plastic tube (so you can see clearly through tube) Clean with stiff brush and also making sure brush drive belt housing is also clean and allows brush to rotate square to housing did improve the suction power.
I assume you have cleaned all filters by wahing under running water and applying a little pressure to remove water and attached dirt?

How do I attach a mini turbine head to my dyson dc07 upright?

Remove the handle / hose / wand assembly like you were going to use the tools. The mini turbo brush will attach to the open end of the wand.

Cannot remove attachment from proteam super quarter vac

Greetings, The ProTeam backpacks us a 1.5" hose and attachments. The way that the floor tool is removed is by unscrewing the collar of the attachment. Simply turn counter clockwise on the the part of the attachment that is secured to the wand and doesn't rotate. This should loosen the floor attachment, and you may then pull it off. The other floor attachment can be fitted, and then screwed on by rotating the opposite way, clockwise which will secure the attachment to the wand. I really hope that this information was helpful to you. If you ever need parts or supplies for your ProTeam, please be sure to check out GoVacuum dot com. If this was helpful to you, please rate the repair as helpful by clicking the 4 Thumbs up icons in the top part of the repair. Thank you very much, Chris J. GoVacuum

Power brush problem

Check the contacts where the power head attaches to the wands and also where the wnd attaches to the hose. If any of the contacts look burnt, then they will need to be replaced. Unhooking them when power is on is what causes most of these problems. But if they look ok, could be a problem inside the power head, or in the circuit board that is inside the cannister.

Rainbow e series vaccum/scubber

If you are talking about the hard wood floor brush you hook it at the end of the one slightly bent wand. Look at the end of the brush that you would hook to the wand. In the circle opening there are two slits. On the end of the wand there are two bumps. You need to line them up, push the brush on then twist it around so it stays on. then you attach the straight wand to that and the other slightly bent wand at the other end of the straight one. It will go like this Wet hose, slightly bent wand, straight wand, slightly bent wand, and floor brush. I hope I helped. Leave the basin empty. put your water or cleaner on the floor scrub it around then turn machine on and suck it up.
