I had the exact same problem. I read someone else turned off the circuit breaker in the electrical panel.. so I tried that. Flipped breaker off for 30 seconds and then turned back on. Oven now works perfectly as before. Go figure??

It's the motherboard. You must have had a power surge. I just replaced mine. Motherboard + shipping 200.00. its not easy to replace but not so difficult.
for no reason the cleaning light went on, even though the oven was not on. The oven light and heating light were alternating each blinking 5 times. The door locked up, too. It seemed to think it was in a cleaning cycle. Any way, problem solved by throwing off the main breaker and all is working fine since... except now, for no reason the oven fan, not the exhaust fan, stays on all the time!
