Question about Televison & Video
First check the cable for damages..if possible try a cable without spliter to see if the driver its set and working with it ...if it does not ..it means that a settings was changed or so ...and the driver is the problem ...either reinstall it ..and redo the settings for it ...or ...just restore the computer to an earlier stage ...a date when you know for sure that both worked fine ...this will exclude from your equation the driver problem ...after that if it still not working ..it only means that is a cable problem or ..a setting from the device that does not work ...
I hope you know how to restore setting into a computer to an earlier date ...look into control panel ( switched on a category view) ..when you press maintenance you will have the task into the left bar

Check the cables and make sure the right channel (or input) is turned on from the tv, if you use the splitter, make sure its switched to the right setting if it has a button/lever/switch.
Then after those are set properly get on your computer and right click on the desktop, select properties from the bottom, then take the last tab - settings as shown on this picture ::
you should see 1 and 2 boxes.
1 is your main display 2 is the other display or tv.
right click on 2 and select attach.
you should get picture on the tv now.
