Problem for HP DeskJet 1120cse InkJet Printer

I just got the printer and it needed a new ink cartridge. Replaced that then the ink problem went away. Then it started to just feed blank pages wouldn't print at all. Now the paper is stuck in the printer, won't budge and no power to printer at all. Please Help!! I'm at a loss!!!!
