Problem for HP W2007 LCD Monitor

Hp w2007 monitor: Powers on but screen is white -

hp w2007 monitor: Powers on but screen is white - no display at all (no error msg..., just a bright white screen).

Blue 'power led' is on.

No difference when connected to pc or no connection.

Flickers at the appropriate times when POST screen comes up / OS loads, so there's SOME communicatioin between pc and monitor.

- Have tried with on-motherboardadapter and another pc with seperate add-on video card. same situation in any case (and when not plugged min to any input atll).

Any other ideas?

Is this monitor pugged into your graphics card or just into the regular mobo output it came with? Sometimes with the LCD monitors you have to have a graphics card for the pictures to display properly. Please check to see if this is your issue.

This is an internal problem with the LCD monitor. It is defective and should be returned to the store your purchased it from for a new one. That is the only thing I can really think of if it is not reading properly with a seperate graphics card. It is an internal issue and needs to be repaired.
