You really should use a specific Hyrdaulic Oil, most are lightweight, and some comes with additives to the oil. But there are many brand that sell that you can find get at just about any homedepot.

Open cupboard door above microwave and unscrew. It will tilt forward so watch out. You will then need to lift it off of two pieces of metal that are stuck in the back of the microwave

I can see the fuse , how do I get the front panel off my microwave.

Since you have the top grill off you are almost there. Make sure the plug is out or breaker off. There should be 1 screw at the top center of the control panel. Remove screw and lift up on the control panel. It should lift and then tilt towards you so you can access the fuse.

Is it best to clean a Teflon skillet by hand or can you put them in the dishwasher?

This is what Dupont the maker of the cookware coting has to say about cookware care:
2. "What is the best way to clean my nonstick pan?" Simply wash with hot, soapy water after each use. A sponge or dishcloth is usually all it takes to get the surface thoroughly clean. If oil or food residue is left on the pan, further cooking will harden the residue and cause sticking over time. For pans that have "carbonized"-where a thin film of oil has baked onto the pan-we recommend you use a little more elbow grease when cleaning in order to break through this layer. Future cleanings will be as easy as with new.

Nothing about a dishwaher in the above. It appears you should wash it by hand.

I seasoned my new stainless steel skillet in the oven now I have built up oil stuck to the sides inside the skillet. How can I remove this without damaging the stainless steel finish? HELP!

You only need to season a cast iron skillet, not stainless steel. Soak it in hot soapy water and use something like a mister clean pad to clean it.

I am taking put kenmore m wave took screws out of top how do I get it unattached

Once the screws are removed from the top - allow the microwave to drop in the front (the rear remains attached with a lip)

When you are at approximately 50 degree tilt - lift on the rear of the microwave to unhook it.

Thanks for using FixYa!!

Clicking sound sporadically

That particular skillet is just too heavy a load for the turntable system to handle.

I would suggest a lighter skillet or a different container, otherwise, the motor or shaft or both will be damaged.

It is of course perfectly okay to put metal in a microwave (after all, that's what they're made of!) but you just have to do it only according to the instructions in the owner's manual.

And as you know, metal in convection mode poses no problem at all.

You just need to use a lighter or different container.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.
