The thermal overload device inside the motor is probably shutting it off. Once it cools, the motor will turn back on. If there is a run capacitor, it may be bad. If not, it is likely in the motor winding. Take it to a local electric motor repair shop for inspection to be sure.

My hot tub has an issue. Only half the display is working, there's no heat and the jets wont turn on. If I trip the curcit, I can get the hot tub jets for 10-30 seconds and that's it. HELp

Almost all hot tubs use 230 volt AC power which comes from the power company in two power wires plus one common common wire. You get common 115 volts between a common and either other wire. "Half way" working could well be an attempt to run on only one of the wires. There is also likely to be a ground fault circuit breaker in the wiring which makes sure current going out to the tub is all returned via the wires and not through someone's legs to ground. If you're comfortable with an AC voltmeter check some voltages but understand that 230 volts is way into the killing range. Two people present and well insulated probes are important.

Kitchenaid dishwasher kuds30ixssa has pump running but have no lights on control panel with door closed.

Did you have a power outage recently? They are notorious for damaging circuit boards--usually about 3-4 weeks after the power interruption strange things will either start happening or *not* happening with appliances due to damaged computer chips on the boards starting to fail. Your symptoms indicate either a blown user interface(push button panel) or a defective main control board(board with the brains on it) or both!

Sunlighter hot tub

Sounds like the pump motor is tripping out on thermal overload. Touch that particular motor just after it shuts off. If it is "very" hot to the touch, it probably needs replacement.

I have an icetronic ice maker , it runs and works fine but trip out after awhile if i leave it for about 20 mins it will start again without tripping the main fuse

I brought in a icetronic IT120 for repair. The machine and all the jets and filters are perfectly clear of dirt. The only problem is that the spray plume from the jets is not wide enought to hit all the outer cups. Could all the jerts be slightly worn or are the pumps down in pumping pressure?

Can you tell me why everytime i turn the jets on in my hot tub it some times will run and other times it just trips the breaker

mmmmm....is the unit heating? sounds like maybe the heater is causing the GFCI to trip or could be the motor going bad.

Do you have a model and serial number so i can spec components and a diagram?
The reset is a GFCI electrical or a high limit temperature switch?
If its a GFCI you have a leak or a short or the pump is drawing to many amps likely due to something in the impeller or plumbing restricting flow. Potentially its a shaft seal issue.
How hot is the tub when it trips? Try running it cold and see if it trips. If it doesnt and its still cold its the pump. If its hot and you set it to cold its a stuck relay or contactor or triac and therefore tripping a high limit switch.
If this is a hot tub/spa the pressure switch may be an issue. It shuts down the heat typically and keeps the pumps running.
If a reset switch of any type is tripped to many times it will continue to trip at a lower and lower value.
Just some tips, hope they help. Get back to me with some info.

Fuel pump runs and dont run at times wont start

First thing would be to either test or replace the relay which is under the hood. Do check the fuse as well. you can test power to the relay and also to the pump with a voltmeter. You can test the relay itself with an ohmmeter.
