Stack bypass cover error message

I ave a Canon NP-6551 copier. I was working, but it had a paper jam that I cleared, but now it is saying "Close the stack bypass cover". I have looked all over, opened and shut every door cover, pulled out and shut each area I can think of, but still has the problem. I don't have the manual and can't seem to find it online to even figure out where the stack bypass cover is.
