This motherboard has 1 PCI Express x16 slot for a graphics card.

You could use:
Geforce 6 series (6800GT)

Geforce 7 series (GeForce 7950, GeForce 7900, GeForce 7800, GeForce 7600 ,
GeForce 7300, GeForce 7200 and GeForce 7100)

You are not the only one having this problem with the HP slimline systems. The facts are HP doesn't make a 300watt power supply for your slimline. To make things worse HP uses a special small 24-pin main power connector. Power supply, Slimline dimensions are:
3.25" Wide X 1 5/8" Tall X 6" Deep. The highest PS I could find that will fit in your case is 270watts. Also made by HP;
http://www.atxpowersupplies.com/270-watt-HP-slimline-power-supply-FSP270-60LE-SL.php
This should work for you. The only other option would be to replace your slimline case with a standard ATA size case. Than your options for power supplies is endless.

Cheers!

Driver don't work with Palit 9600 GT 1GB

this can be an cooling issue with 2 graphics cards in your system or it could be caused by your SMPS, it should be 700w or above to handle such a system efficiently.

Check the connections and the cabling if it is secure. To ensure that the card is not the problem, you may want to try on a different monitor and different cable.

Hp s3120n slim line freezing up

Sounds like a video issue. What OS is on the machine? Try updating the video card drivers. If the OS is Windows 2000 or older, update your version of DirectX as well.
If that doesnt work, check system resources. Low memory, and low hard drive space can be a cause.
If all else fails, replace the mouse. Mice are very inexpensive now. Keep us posted.

Evga 9600 GT Making Weird noise..

Its caused primarily by the inductors and occasionally by noisy capacitors.
Because of natural manufacturing variations ,some inductor coils vibrate inside the component package.
This is normal behavior and has no effect on performance
