Well, you have some options... You can go on your phone and under SETTINGS you can hit SECURITY and on most phones there is an option where you can RESET everything.. and this will reset your password..
NOTE: by doing this you are RESTORING your phone which means that all the DEFAULT settings will be restored on your phone..

It should be the last four digits of the phone number on that phone. If it was changed, If you move the phone onto a different phone number the lock code will default to the last 4 digits of that phone number. Then move the phone back onto your phone number and it will be reset to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
