The evaporator drain is clogged. Unplug the power to the Fridge, take the items out of the freezer. There is a bottom tray that's inside the freezer that has 2 or 4 screws, remove the screws that holds the floor to the freezer and lift it out. You will probably see a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. You may have to take off the back cover which is inside the freezer, it covers the evaporator. Then you will want to defrost the ice, do not use a heat gun it will melt the inside of the freezer. Best way to thaw it is leave the power off and melt it with hot water (not boiling). Either wet vac out the water as it melts or use a hand towel to mop it up. Sometimes a turkey baster will work to squeegee it out. There is a drain hole in the back that you will see as the ice begins to melt. That needs to be clear and the only way to clear it is to cover it with hot water. You will know that it clears and working when you see the water drain out thru the drain hole in the back of the inside of the freezer. By the way the drain drains thru a pipe thru a tray that's on top of your compressor. That's what heats it and makes it evaporate. Be advised that as you see that it is clearing, you can stop dumping water down there as some may get on the floor as the pan may overflow and dump water on the floor. If that happens, just mop up the water from the floor. Now put it back together again and plug it back in and you should have no further problems.

Ice build up on bottom freezer

Ice build up on the freezer floor alone, with no ice on shelves or food above the floor, usually indicates a clogged defrost drain problem. when your unit goes into defrost, the melt water is intended to go down a drain tube from the freezer to a pan on the outside bottom of the unit, usually near the compressor. Sometimes these drains are clogged with food debris, other times some of the melt water does not completely drain, and freezes - this build up of ice can then clog the drain. You can unplug the fridge, with both doors open and a fan blowing for 24 hours to temporarily remove the ice and water, but it will return most likely, in which case you would need to have the drain cleared out and / or have a drain heater installed by a qualified refrigerator repair service.

Water in the floor

there is a drain hose that comes out of the bottom of the cabinet into a drain pan underneath your freezer take a look and see if that got pulled loose during your move. if it is in place then you most likely have a plugged drain. this can be cleaned fromt he inside at the botom. reomve the bottom basket and the shelf right above it. you will see ice build up on the floor of the freezer and and behind the cover. just defrost the ice you will uncover the drain hole flush warm water thru the line till it runs clear. good luck peyton

Water leaking onto floor

unplug it again , sounds like your drain line has frozen, instaead of defrost water going down the tube and under refrig in drain pan, becuse tube is frozen its draining into freezer compartment and eventually spilling out through front of unit. totally defrost unit and behind back wall of freezer youll see a metal trough designed to catch water, in the center (under the ice is gonna be the drain hole, pour boiling water down until it runs freely
