Question about Sony ERICSSON HPB-20 Consumer Headset

I have the same problem with my phone w610i , I think it is a common problem of this model . My first phone have this problem on the first day and I replaced with new one , after one week the sencond one have the same problem, and some times it shows an error message "Serious error occured,stop using phone contact sonyerricsson" then I need to restart the phone again to use , Only solution is get service from sonyerricsson, bcs it is new model and no spares and softwares awailable on the outside market .

i extremly doubt that you will find a place that sells the screens for this because unlike mobile phones these bluethooth kits are ment to stay in one place
and if you did find a screen it would be next to impossible to replace it would have a ribbon cable soldered to the surface board
your better off getting a new one

Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999
