Problem for Adobe Photoshop® CS3 10

Setup asking me to close internet explorer when it is not open and i cant continue with instalation

After downloading trial version of photoshop CS3 10 from Adobe site, during the setup procedure it asks me to close internet explorer, when it is not even open or has been open and then i cant continue with the instalation.

Open task manger by pressing "ctrl" + "alt" + "del" and find the iexplore process and end it, then you will be able to continue.
