I would need more information for this fault. Your "question" is very criptic.
Are you getting a paperjam error, or is the machine not picking up the recording paper or the document feed?
Did you have a paper jam and clear it, but not all of the paper came
out? If so, unplug the machine and open the upper cover. On the right
you should see the print head under the top cover (you may need a
light). See if you can grab the head and move it. If you can move it
then it's not locked. This usually means the machine has a clump of
wadded up paper stuck in it somewhere. This paper is usually on the
right side between the head and the outer case. You might be able to
see it if you shine a flashlight in the area where the head goes AFTER
MOVING THE HEAD to the left. If you can see paper in the head
maintenance area, you'll need tweezers or something to pull it out. If
you can't see anything on the right side, look in the same area but on
the left side. If you do see paper on the left side, be careful not to
damage the encoding wheel while you're trying to remove the paper.
