Maybe its your motherboard driver problem, try to check your device manager, if there is a problem to a device, try to update its driver by using your Motherboard CD driver. I think rtl100.bpl is a file from lan card driver or sound card... Goodluck!

Start up says to reinstall rtl100.bpl

Rtl100.bpl is a core operating system file used by your computer to properly run the Windows environment. This means that your computer will exhibit random errors and other strange behavior where the file is missing or otherwise corrupted. The most direct solution is to perform a repair of the operating system, which will copy a fresh version of the file to your hard drive.
Insert the Windows installation CD into your computer

Restart the machine and click any key as the PC is loading to boot from CD.

Press "Enter" and "F8" to move through the main screen and licensing agreement.

Highlight the letter of the drive upon which your installation of Windows exists (typically the C drive) and press "R" to repair the drive.

Restart your computer when the repair is complete.

    Rtl100.bpl what is it.

it sounds like a program was removed and the operating system is trying to run the program when the OS starts up. Are you having any problems with your programs or virus scanner? A virus can disable/remove files or programs. Did you un-install any programs? Did your virus scanner find any malware or virus and remove them? Try all your programs and see if any have trouble starting. Check the windows start-up folder and see what icons are in that folder.

    Need rtl100.bpl for Acer

    Hi,
You probably read web pages written in a language that displays Right To Left
(hence rtl100) There are several reasons why that file might corrupt, an
add-on of some kind being the main suspect. Go to start/run, and type:

    iexplore -extoff

to see it that stops the error.
If not, try refreshing all system files with :

    sfc /scannow

If you use the sfc command you may need your original windows install disk.

If you have Realtek sound or network device check this out >>>>>
