Question about RCA CC9370 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
Make sure there is no tape jammed in the mechanism anywhere and carefully clean around the whole tape compartment with cotton buds and isopropyl alcohol to remove any dust and debris, particularly on the opto sensors for read/write and tape present. If this does not solvethe problem, try a different tape and if it does not solve the problem then you will need to get it serviced. This is a real pain problem in JVC's and Panasonics and servicing or scapping is the only resolution.
