Question about Motorola Mobility TracFone C139-4 Cellular Phone
First you'll need the IMEI. It can be located by removing the battery and having a look at the sticker on the back of the phone where the battery was. One of the numbers will be labeled the IMEI.
Then, contact your service provider (AT&T, Tracfone, whomever) and give them the IMEI. They'll provide you then with the unlock code and it shouldn't take long at all.

Try the last 4 digits of your cell phone number.

Only options for the C139 are to contact the original seller (who, depending on their policy, will give you the Subsidy Password or charge you for it) or buy a code from someone who has access to the Motorola Subsidy Password Database.

Hi, Welcome to FixYa.
I assumes that your mobile is sim locked, and you have to unlock it.
Network provider will give unlock code if you pay them for that.
Otherwise if you can wait for three years they will provide you the code.
If you want to unlock it now, then you have some web sites available which
will give unlock code if you give IMEI number to them. Unlock code is generated
from IMEI code.
If you are interested you can send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
This website is one of them:
Also you can do it in some near by mobile repairing shops.
They will be having tools to unlock the mobile. It will cost you only 5$-15$
Our site need your feed back for improvement.
