Taking a guess on the model, but problem sounds similar to service calls in the past.
you should see two dogs bolted to the door, ok get your self centered look at the handle it should be clear where the handle slides behind the dogs.
pull the handle together at both ends,, to bow the handle, you can now slip both sides behind the dogs,,,,,
it should slide and lock in

Door panel fasteners need to be replaced on 1999 Plymouth breeze

Where is it loose?
If you mean the plastic fasteners, like bullet clips, or rubber things that go around the bottom and up the sides, they fit into slots in the heavy cardboard backing of the panel. You slide the old one over a bit and free it and slide the new one in. If the bottom is floppy, loose, or the sides, you just need 2 or 3 inches clearance to put new fasteners in. If you can get a good look at one, you will see which way they slide or are pushed over to remove them. There's about 6 or 8 along the bottom, but 3 well placed ones would hold it tight. If you can't get to them, though, or if you mean another fastener (I think there's only rather small screws and those plastic pins.) then you will have to take the panel off. First remove all screws, some may be hidden behind a speaker screen or a little square trim piece. Then slip a blade or thin screwdriver under the panel to pry out the plastic pins. Start at the bottom and work up the sides. When all are popped out, the panel should be loose. Lift out and up to clear the panel out of the window channel`. Pull all the electrical connectors you need to to get the panel free.
Well, good luck. Hope I've helped you some.

GE Energy Star French Door Bottom Freezer handle popped off

You cant find a hole to insert screw from outside. It is true, and you can't fix it yourself to what it looked like earlier. The company first screws in through the handle and then covers the hole made by it with the material of the handle. If you have to fix it yourself, you can only pierce those screws through the handle leaving the mark behind. If you don't want that, contact your company or dealer.

The power window in the right rear backseat is broken

Door panels usually have a combination of screws and "pop/snap fasteners" holding them in place.

Screws are usually in places such as in the arm rest or under the door handle. The fasteners are spaced around the edge of the panel -- these can be popped loose with a very wide flat-tip screwdriver or the like.

Loose handle on door

The door handles mount on hex bolts sticking out of the door, the door handles have key hole inserts that match with the bolts. The door handles are then slid in one direction to lock the handles in place. Removal is the reverse. To tighten the door handle screw the bolt out enough that you can still put the handle over the bolt heads and slide the handle to lock the handle in place.

Removing refrigerator door handles

You might try checking to see if the screw head is actually on the handle, but hidden by the handles cover. Look at the side and see if you notice a seam. This can be pried open and the screw head will be seen.

Loose handle

yes , on most freezers the door inner panel liner needs to be removed , that will sometimes require the removal of the door gasket that may be old to the point where it to needs replacing. then finally you can get to the back side of the door and snug up the screws that hold the handle from the back. usually fine thread screws. be sure to apply loc tite and snug up good , we don't want to do this again any time soon. you can take a chance and try pulling out the handle and cutting the screws and then drill the hole in the handle out to where you see a hole in the side of the handle from the front, then counter sink the hole and use a drill screw or a small toggle bolt to resecure the handle . no real wires or refigeration tubes in the door, so its an option. good luck

Freezer Door handle came off after 1 yr.

I had this problem with the bottom freezer door of my Amana.
What I did was slide off the entire door handle by applying pressure pushing toward the right to get the handle off. Once the handle was off, I slid the clip (which was still clipped on to the door) off and screwed it back on to the handle. Once the clip was tightly secured to the back side of the handle, I carefully slid the handle bar back on to the door by sliding it to the left back on to the door clips until it clicked securely back into place.
