Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
Our laptop wont boot up. the last thing it did was automatically download a vista up date and it shut down normally, but when we went to fire it up the next morning it wont...it keeps saying there is a problem with vista could be due to some updates...please help as we need our computer over christmas
You could try entering in safemode to uninstall the update..
to enter safemode.. after a couple of seconds of being turn on, you have to press F8.. then it will ask you in what mode do you want to enter, enter in safe mode with no networking for less hassle and less time to enter..
then go to control panel, add or remove programs and try to find what you installed there to uninstall it..
