Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The machine will not copy at all unless there is a color cartridge installed.
However, there is no way at the console to set the machine to use only the black cartridge.
I know that the printer preferences/properties can set it to gray scale.
Is this the only way and does it work?
And what if you run out of color cartridges?
How can you get the thing to still copy or print without any color cartridge at all?
IS this possible.
Click Start - All programs - HP - HP Director/Solution center.
In HP Director/Solution center. Click Settings - print settings - printer settings . Click on the Colors tab. Enable the option Print in grayscale and Black print cartridge only.
This is the only way to print with single black cartridge.
