Question about GE Profile JTP18 Electric Single Oven
If this happened after a self cleaning cycle, then the high temperatures generated on self cleaning cycle may have damaged the door lock mechanism, or the wiring to door latch.
To start try disconnecting power, either tripping the circuit breaker, or disconnecting from main socket.
If that does not clear the error, then the door lock or the wiring harness must be replaced. The ERC must also be tested with attention to connectors and wiring going to the door latch.
In that case I suggest calling GE at the number listed on the owner manual.
You can also find parts and diagrams entering the full model number on this website.
