30D sensor cleaning follow up

Several of you helped me realize I needed to clean my sensor, thanks to all, but now I have a new problem. As I scroll to select the sensor cleaning option in my menu, it's simply not there. Format is the last option in tools, and then it returns to the Quality setting. I have fresh batteries, so that can't be it. Any ideas?
