If you know of anyone else with T-Mobile (even if they're a contract user), try your SIM in their phone. If it works, there is an issue with your phone and you should contact T-Mobile for replacement or repair options.

If it doesn't work, contact T-Mobile to verify that you have funds on your account and that there are no issues with your network or coverage.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You phone did not include a sim-card and old phone sim-cart won't fit in the new phone.

Your service provider can supply you with the correct sim card. Walmart has them for whatever prepaid service you use.

Bought a Samsung GT E12001 mobile today, the assistant put the simple and battery in I have brought it home there is no bars showing.im not receiving texts or calls

go into call and put in #06# and note imei number that comes up. Next phone the mobile network provider and tell them you want to check you phone got connected properly to their network when you purchased it , give them the mobile phone number and the imei number if they ask for it.
If it is a pre paid phone you may need a recharge of credits onto the phone. The dealer or assistant should have done this for you if needed and explained the pre paid system to you if you are on pre paid. You may have an internet portal with the mobile phoine network provider that can manage your pre paid.
If the mobile phonw was connected via wi fi you should have an application somewhere on the phone to manage recharging credits. if pre paid
You can't do it on the mobile data if your credits are zero.

I 465 MOTOROLA PROBLEM RECEIVING AND MAKING CALLS

Boost Mobile sadly is a scam if you need help from them. I've had them 3 times and I'll never go back.

Why not just switch to another pre-paid service. They've got got $50/mo unlimited plans now. And WAY better coverage

Hi i want to put my o2 sym card in a motorola moble but its asking fore subsidy password of whichi dont know

Your Motorola mobile is locked to the original service provider and cannot be used with another provider such as O2 in your case unless it is unlocked from it.
Most pre-paid cell phones are subsidised and therefore locked to a specific service provider in order for them to recoup the subsidised cost of the hardware.

If your mobile is currently out of contract from the original service provider, or you have top-up the pre-paid cell phone to a certain amount, you can try to request the unlock 'subsidy' code from this original service provider.

If they will not or ask for an exhorbitant unlock fee, you can look for a third party mobile cell phone unlocker/cell phone repairer who will do it for a fee.

Hope it helps.

MY PIN2 IS BLOCKED CAN YOU GIVE ME PUK2 CODE NUMBER FOR SGHE250?

Hi,

Thanks for using Fixya.

PUK codes can only be acquired from your mobile service provider. If you are using a pre-paid sim card.. try to check the manuals and leaflets found with the pre-paid kit. You should be able to see the PUK code in there. If you are using a post paid subscription, you can easily get your PUK from the carrier by just calling them up and verify the ownership for the post paid line. I hope this helps.

Thanks and have a nice day.
