Try printing to a different printer if possible. This may shed some light on whether the problem is with the printer or with Excel. You could also open the file on a completely different PC and printer to see if something is corrupt in the file. Also try creating a completely new document to see if it will print in landscape. Can you print in landscape orientation from MS Word or another program?
Printing in landscape or portrait ! First of all you have to create a portrait page. When using the label programme select he page and tick the landscape option. When you print it will do the rotation.
Try selecting LANDSCAPE as opposed to PORTRAIT by using the proper print menu in your application rather than the simple print icon from most tool-bars.
It prints in portrait then landscape, portrait then landscape and so on. I use a laptop and desktop with this printer and both are doing it. 2 sided print has not been selected.
I haven't found a way to do this using the printer settings.
There is no (apparent) simple solution, but needing tp print a 56 page pdf form the only solution was to load the pdf into Adobe Acrobat and then in the 'document' pull down menu select 'rotate pages', then select '180 degrees' and also 'rotate even pages only'. This then prints OK.
The down side is that you need full Adobe Acrobat rather than just the reader.
I have been unable to rotate pages through 180 degrees in MS Word but it is possible using MS Publisher.
