SOURCE: mower starts and runs but

Sounds like maybe the choke is stuck closed. If you remove the air filter the choke is the first butterfly valve you can see. The throttle looks similar but is a inch or so deeper into the carb, and you can't see that unless the choke is open. Try removing the air filter and starting the mower. It might run just a little better without the air filter since it will get a bit more air, but if the choke is stuck it still won't run right. But you will be able to see if that's the problem right off. If it runs great without the air filter, and the choke is not stuck, then the problem is a clogged air filter and you need to replace it. Good luck, Al K

When the mower deck is engaged the lawn tractor acts like it is choking out with to much fuel. I have to throttle down and usually it works fine again for about 10 minutes or so then acts up again.

If it's choking with too much fuel do you have a clean air filter? A dirty air filter will make it so no air can get in and make it flood.

Husqvarna floods when starting hot

Your module is an electrical unit. Part of it acts like a breaker in a fuse box. A breaker over heats and shuts off when cooled it works again. Like a built in safety switch so you don't start on fire.

If the fuel is set too high and the choke is on it is easy to flood it. The solution is to open the choke and keep the throttle low for a few turns to air dry the spark plugs then back to choke to start it again

The lawn mower ran out of gas and now won't restart. I tried starter fluid. will spark but not continue to run. Acts like it's not getting gas. Troy built super bronco. 3 months old

Remove plug or plugs and check them to see if tractor is now flooded. Clean plugs and check gap and reinstall. Check carb diaphram to see if it is totally closed or not. This will cause the motor to flood. Good Luck!
