Welcome to the world of Norton.
If you visit their site at www.symantec.com you can find solutions for this type of error.
You are not alone. This is one of the reasons I don't use that program.
You may end up uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but first check on the website as they may have an easier fix for you.

You will need to uninstall and reinstall the program.

Sometimes programs go corrupt and stop functioning.

A simple reinstall fixes the problem 99% of the time.
