Check, deleted you safety interlock film with ventilation hole. Read the installation directions cartridge. Adjust in utility installation change cartridge. Apply to service.

Replace Ink Cartridges. Your Epson Stylus NX200 Series and its software will let you know when an ink cartridge is low or expended. If ink is low, the ink light flashes. You can continue printing until a cartridge needs replacement.

If the it's a remanufactured cartridge (not genuine), the printer will not detect the ink in the cartridge. If it's genuine, you might want to give Lexmark's technical support a call to have the cartridge replaced.
If this started after cartridge was replaced, then it is probably defective.
Take the cartridge out and take a look at the print head. Clean the print head. Put the cartridge back in Try and feed paper (not printing anything on it, if you can not get it to just feed paper, print a blank page) and see if it still has lines. If so, you are probably going to have to clean ink from inside the paper feed area. If not, try using it for a while and if it starts again, get a replacement cartridge. You might want to save some of the bad prints to show the clerk and try to get the new cartridge under warranty.
remove the ink cartridges and use a qtip dipped in rubbing alcohol and GENTLY clean the printhead on the cartridge. Reinsert and try printing again. If it prints anything at all, keep going till it becomes normal. If still nothing, replace the ink cartridges.
