Recovery Commander Starts always and annoys me.

This problem usually happens, ehen you do not do the Shut Down process properly.
Close or save( if modified ) the document or spreadsheet. Then close the program before you shutdown the computer going through the Shutdown command instead of the OFF Switch.Hope this will solve your problem.

Removing the program

I have the same problem but have tied mine down to Fix It Utilities which were downloaded. If you have Fix It the solution appears to be run Fix it, at the top select 'settings' then on the left 'recovery', then 'recovery commander' on lower top toolbar. Uncheck 'Detect when a set up program is launched....' and that should cure it.
