Olevia 232t remote code

I, also, could not get my Direct TV RC23 remote to operate my Olevia 232v TV and I bought the Sony RM-V210 commander remote at Walmart and this remote worked perfectly for both my Direct TV HD box and my Olevia 232V HD TV. One note, I did have to program the remote in the manual search mode as the 6 codes listed would not work my Direct TV box but the codes listed for the Olevia TV did work. Once I found the code by manual search method, the remote worked both components perfectly. I also had to program the remote to the Cable button as there is no Satellite button on the front of the remote but that did not matter as I was able to program the Cable button to work properly for the satellite. I only paid $13.95 for the remote at Walmart. Thought I would share this and hope it was helpful.

Go to Best Buy and buy the DirectTV Universal Remote Control Model RC64 ($20). It will control both the Satellite Receiver and the Olevia TV (Everything on the Olevia except the A-B-C-D Guide buttons). The Remote Control User Guide lists the control codes, four for the Olevia. The codes are:

Satellite Receiver: 00392

Olevia 235-T12: 11610 (last of the four codes listed for Olevia)
