if you have not change your lock code,then you try with this 1234 or 0000

copy to sim and insert sim

Master reset code for u600 type in as if making a call
*2767*3855# this will reset to factory settings all pictures music etc will be lost

yeah take ur sim card out turn the phone on and enter *2767*2878# that resets the phone than turn it off and put ur sim back.that will take the password off.worked with mine hope it works with u too
