far as i know unlock through code is more convineint.when i suffered
with the problem my friend suggested me the site from where i got my
unlock code.click here to get your unlock code.

I'm assuming you mean it's locked and you forgot your passcode ?
If this is the case there is little we can do from here. In order to generate an unlock code you would need the software (that is not free) and the PDA in hand to connect to the PC.
You could also contact HTC support, and they could guide you threw the process needed to get your unlock code or perhaps reset it.
