Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Check to see if you have the latest drivers installed for your model. Go to the Dell web site. DO NOT use any drivers from Microsoft updates.
Do you have any electrical devices near the laptop, like a fan, air conditioner or heater? Try moving it away from them. It may be picking up interference from them.
If this does not correct the problem, you may have a failing screen or LCD cable. The cable runs through or near the hinge. Everytime you open and close the lid this cable flexes. Sometimes they wear through and cause this problem.
