Question about HP Computers & Internet
Take out the battery and do a power drain.
Restart the notebook and try to go to BIOS.
If unable to go to BIOS, turn off the notebook and turn it upside down, you will see a lid wich has round disc like symbols, open it and take out the HDD and put it back in, close the lid. Then open a lid which has a rectangular structure and then reseat the RAM, close the lid after the reseat. Restart the notebook, if not then you need to send it for repair. Also confirm if you are able to get lights ON on it.
