Re: unable to charge
Try a travel charger and see if that is charging it...if that does not help the problem you may need to change the charger port. or when u install it on the pc....check your device maanger and see if it has a yellow triangle which means that you may need to update the drivers for the computer to recognise it...hopefully you are using windows XP...if you are using vista that O/S is giving loads of problems.
P.S. trying loading on your MPT 4.0....if you do not have it you can download it for free online

probably your units charging system is faulty. you could charge the battery from somewhere else then put it back and see. direct battery charging can also help boos a battery especially if it has stopped charging due to a very low battery.
hi ... i think your battery charge is gone under minimum limit ... Please try charging your mobile with another battery and try to switch on your mobile and after five min remove the battery, charge with your battery and see whether its charging or wat??
Your charger is faulty. If your phone is able to charge off of other sources (computer, car charger, another wall charger) Then, the charger needs to be replaced. Some mobile companies have a 90 warranty on accessories like the charger and battery. Then the mobile manufacture (Motorola) has a 1 year warranty on the charge and battery. I would check on that, and get those replaced.
COULD BE THE PHONE BUT MOST LIKELY ITS THE CHARGER, IF ITS AFTERMARKET GET RID OF IT AND BUY OEM, TRY AND TEST IT OUT WOULD A FREINDS MOTOROLA CHARGER SINCE THEY'RE MOSTLY THE SAME CHARGERS AND SEE IF YOU STILL GET THE MESSAGE.
you may need to have the usb charger port replaced....if that does not work try reflash the original firmware on the phone....for this to be done it is best that you take the phone to a mobile center close to you.
"unable to charge", "insert sim".
is your phone been dropped or got wet? if unable to charge, when using a wall charger, try different outlets. if using onl one charger, tr different chargers. if it won't work, try other compatible batteries if you would get a charging message. if does not work, have your phone checked with a service center
