All the capacitors with that value and at least that voltage will due, all you need to check is that it will fit in that space.
For better resilience in the future get ones rated at 10 volts - less than $1 per piece at any hobby shop.

My Samsung is delaying turning on

Reason for your problem is that there is not proper power being supplied to the tv. Solution- on the power supply there is 2 capacitors 1 of which is exploded already. You would need to replace those with new ones. spotting and exploded cap, good caps are flat on the top and bad caps swell out.

current cap- 10v 2200mf
replace with -16v 2200mf or 25v 2200mf
repair will include soldering.

RCA D52W20 TV powers on fine, then shuts itself off after 5 - 10 minutes. After 20-30 minutes, I can turn tv back on, but then shuts off again in 5 minutes.

it looks like the problem is in the 16v line..try to take it apart..and there's gonna be a 2200mf cap leaky.
that will solve your problem.

I have plenty of spare power boards so you can replace the whole board vs. components. I can have one shipped at $10 plus shipping.

El DVD-RW ya no sirve. Necesitas cambiarlo con uno de computadora. Tambien trata de presionar 2 botones (power y Open o tambien play y close) por 10 segundos para actualisar la unidad.

New discs reported as bad discs

it sounds like it could be the start of the same problem have you tried using a lense cleaning disk to clean off any dust are you making sure the air vents arent blocked on the unit as overheating can cause this problem but first try lense cleaner and if the air vents are not blocked then you will find it is the same prob as before they are known for this fault and i have came across several that need replacing at the end of the day you need to think is it worth keep getting repaired paying out for this all the time or would you be better of buying a new one as it is the second time it has played up i would replace whole unit as this problem looks like it will keep happening hope this is some help to you good luck

BTW - I did open the unit up, and my hunch is that it is a power supply issue. Also, the DVD drive appears to be a standard 5.25" IDE drive made by Philips. It might be worth salvaging for use in a PC if drivers and/or firmware exist for it.

change the recording level. On the meny screen go to the options and set the recording level to a lower level. You get more space per disk but at a lower quality. I know this is almost 1 year late, but knowing RCA, you probably have more issues with this unit by now
