- I have the same exact problem, like i can add music but not videos i mean i added videos but it says that i didnt, then when i hook it up in my computer and click on the file that tells me whats in my mp4 it says the video is there, but as soon as i disconnect and check i dont see any videos at all- H2RMSJun 19, 2008

Um hey, I have a Lyra MP3 player, I can't download videos but I have gotten music on it. When you download your music, it goes to a certain folder in your computer, it's up to you to find it. All that I did was copy/paste that to your MP3's folder. If that doesn't work I am really sorry.
