Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. The pin ‘0000’ is correct but to access it first of all you’ll need to clear the name of your former blue tooth headset, if any but not the pictures or images. Now try it again pairing the two. When the pairing process between the WEP 410 and SGHZ2500 starts, hold down the central 'call' button on the SGHZ2500. It will take 15 minutes and will clear the memory of SGHZ2500 and the '0000' code will work on it and it will be connected. If still the problem persists, then try it on your PC to test that the headset is working fine.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks

Hi there,

Well, 0000 is the right pin (note. all bluetooth headset use 0000 as pin)........
Please follow the below steps -

1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.
2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1.
3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device
4.Select z500 once a connection is detected.
5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made.
6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".

Tips:
1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset.
2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On".
3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

Good Luck!!

Thanks

As Quoted from Arfur - see bold print if you are having problems. You don't need to unpair the other phone, it will unpair itself.:
