Question about Motorola Mobility W220 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Have Motorola W 220. My phone suddenly switches off. When i try to restart, it starts for only a few seconds. The phone is showing message "invalid Battery' or "No battery". When i try to charge the phone it shows different messages like "under temperature" "no battery voltage" etc. Also, the battery is not getting charged. Kindly advise the solution of the problem

Handset dead

Upma I have experienced this before and if the phone has been damp by body heat or other moisture then it does do this. try drying it out with a hairdrier on a cool setting. then leave it to dry properly for a couple of days in a warm NOT HOT place. the keypad will start to work and the battery will settle as well. let me know how this goes. t1m0thy
