If you are talking about the Boot, HDD, Bios password, then the only one way to recover it is to implement a chip on the systemboard to shorcut the protection or to contact Lenovo for a systemboard replacement.

If this is a power on password, it is a BIOS password. To reset this, you need to open the laptop's case and look for the CMOS battery. It looks like a watch battery but is is bigger. remove it then put it back to reset your BIOS.
