Hi there, i think you have to buy the new version of it, it does not work with vista you can see it here (It writes windows 98-xp):

You can buy a new version here, But as far i can see in the system requirements they do not mention windows vista, so I do not know if it will run under vista??

I did find a new version of printmaster that is running under windows vista here :

AND HERE :

Choose the version 18 that is compatible with windows vista
You can also try to run the printmaster 15 (your version) on the compatibility under xp in windows vista as saltsea210 write above. For do that you have to highlight the icon of printamster (press one time on the icon) then right click on the mouse and in the menu select properties, there you find the last tap and choose windows xp or a early version and choose apply and ok and see if the printmaster 15 runs now.
