Question about HP PSC 1350 All-In-One Thermal Printer
Im Sorry this is bad news for you, your printer just conked off on you.
But where there is a will there is a way....so listen to carefully to what I gotta say........
Its the spring at the back of the carriage the part that moves inside your printer spraying ink has come off or broken. But I'll tell you what call in to hp and just say you want an upgrade, what you will get is a printer coming directly from the factory so its better than a new printer and you shall get it at a 30/40% discount.
call in to hp total care at 1800-474-6836 and just ask for an upgrade and nothing else.See If you get a discount on the Photosmart c8180 or the c309a all in one premium fax and wireless capability, one of the most successful printers hp's ever launched

Click on the link below to view your manual for your printer. Look at page 68. Just copy and paste into your browser. Also update your drivers with the second link. I believe that if you update your drivers you'll be fine. I had the same problem on one of my printers. Also re-seat your printer cartridges. Re-seat your paper trays. At the second link you can look up your exact error code for additional help.
Hope this helps, let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Choose "Install a new printer cartridge" under the "Maintenance" tab.
Click on "Next" until you see the "Print the Alignment page" option, then choose "Print."
Repeat steps 1,2 and 3 if the ink level gauge still isn't showing sufficient ink.
