Contact LG
they hate to admit it, but the feet are way to small for this machine, it is also better if this particular machine be back tilted by a 1/4 bubble, then you have to take two matchbooks and jam them between the door panel and kick panel on the right hand side.
once you install the new feet you should be ok

Ds codemkeeps coming up even though the door is shut

The "dc" error code indicates an unbalanced load is preventing your washer from spinning properly. Try redistributing the load, then press the Start/Pause button. If the load appears well-distributed, you may need to make adjustments to the leveling legs to make sure the washer is properly leveled, removing the clothes and running a spin only cycle to make the necessary adjustments. Once firmly leveled, be sure the plastic leg locks are tightened to prevent them from vibrating loose.

Bad vibration when washer is spinning.

If the washer is vibrating, it's not sitting solidly on the floor. Move it until it sits solidly. If needed, adjust the leveling legs. It might also vibrate if the shipping blocks and bolts weren't removed when the washer was installed, or the wash load isn't distributed evenly.
If all this looks good, check the shock absorber to see if one has broken.

Excessive shaking and vibration when wash cycle is running

Hello, Well if the machine is vibrating it is most likely because the feet on the bottom of the washer are not locked and are screwing themselves back up into the machine. If you have someone help you can slightly tip the washer up and adjust these feet by simply turning them to adjust them down or up. This can take a few adjustments to get the machine level. take a carpenters level and set it on the washer first from the front to back on one side of the washer and adjust the feet so it is level front to back. Then take the level and set it over the control panel to level it side to side(it will take a few times to get them all even and level). when the machine is level you will have to lock the feet by turning the nut that is on the leg up to the bottom of the washer and tighten them down to lock the legs so that they do not work themselves loose again. That should stop the vibration. Good luck and I hope that solves it!

LG front loaded washing machine vibrates during

If its on a pedistal then that will raise your center of gravity and cause the unit to be less sturdy during a spin. It could also be due to a weak floor. You may want to try a product called "shake away pads". The probably sell them at like home depot or lowes. They will run you about 40 bucks but they just go under the legs and help absorb some shock. Good luck _MJ_

My LG front loading Washer 1.5 yrs old

They told you right. This problem has to be done by a service tech. If you are sure it is level and all feet are touching the floor when it vibrates it is an internal problem.

Washing machine has a seizure during the spin cycle.

Try leveling the washer so that it is about half a bubble biased towards the rear. This usually helps front loading washers balance properly even if the installation instructions say that it should be perfectly level. This can also aid draining problems.
Also, some newer front loading washing machines are simply prone to dramatic vibration even when they is "anti-vibration" or "vibration reduction" systems. You can never go wrong installing an anti-vibration pad under the washer. Good Vibrations Inc, Kellett Enterprises and The Vibration Solution all have good products. The Vibration Solution seems to have figured out the best solution and offers excellent support and return policies.

If all else fails call the retailer and ask for an exchange.
