my dvd drive cannot play a dvd c.d

My DVD player is not working , it ask for re-instalation & i don't have the CD which i have got with the DRIVE it has been LOST some ware . PLEASE HELP ME ... MAIL ME @ chetankothari_2008@yahoo.com

can you provide any more details?? Is this a problem with all dvds? Have you had previous success playing dvds in this dvd drive? I can provide better assistance with more details. Thanks!
