Some of mp3 player when we plug in to computer it requires the driver. But mostly is not so when you encountered your mp3 not recognized by the computer, try to use another USB cable. We don't know if the cable are bad or good, sometimes USB cable work fine and sometimes not. So use another cable.

Connect the supplied USB cable to your MP3 player and plug the other end of the USB cable into the USB port of your computer. Your computer will see the player as an external storage device, you can then open the various folders and then select the files and delete them.

I dont know what to do

i think you have to first copy the musics to the mp3 player then when the music's are in the mp3 you make the playlist but i stil think that will not work because some mp3 dont suport playlist's.

Make sure you are using the original USB cable that came supplied with the GoGear, and then try the volume + method again. If the volume + method doesn't work, then there is a problem with the USB port recognziing the device being plugged in - or, the player was physically damaged.

Broke

before i had the same problem, when i thought my k5 runs out of battery i plug it in to charge, but it said charge complete and when i unplug it, it still wont turn on. but then i tried switching to a different usb plug on my computer and it worked. so i guess the problem is that some of your usb slot on your computer isnt working properly, try using a different slot.

When I plug my Lyra into the pc, neither the mp3 player or computer accept it....

The problem could be a HOST of things depending on your Computer, Operating System, etc. You must call in or take your computer to an expert for this one, I'm afraid.
